JH1 Homes is a real estate investment and development company formed in late 2014, owned and operated by Jared Holland — a PNW native who takes immense pride in revitalizing Seattle and surrounding communities. By letting each home dictate the direction of its renovation, we breathe new life into amazing early-1900s homes while preserving their original character and charm. We turn sad houses into happy homes.
